Templates and Better Pages Home

Better Pages Home is the starting point for templates and page-building tools. Open Apps → Better Pages to browse 49 starters across project management, reports, research, product, homepages, documentation, people, meetings, decisions, strategy, agile, and operations.

Create from a template

1. Search by purpose or choose a category.
2. Select a template to review its description and section outline.
3. Choose the destination space and enter a page or blog title.
4. Check the Confluence permission result.
5. Select Create draft.
6. Complete the private draft in the normal Confluence editor, then publish it.

The template provides a useful structure and prompts, not locked content. Delete, reorder, or rewrite any section to fit the real audience.

Create a delivery journey

Delivery journey creates a published landing page and up to 12 linked child pages from a reviewed list of stage names. Because it writes several pages, review the destination, titles, and hierarchy before confirming.

Make templates available in Confluence

A Confluence administrator can open Better Pages administration and synchronize selected page starters into the native Confluence template catalog. Authors can then find those starters in Confluence’s normal Create from template flow. Blog and multi-page journey starters remain available from Better Pages Home.

Good practice

• Choose the smallest starter that matches the outcome.
• Replace every prompt with real content before publishing.
• Check owners, restrictions, labels, and review dates on the created page.
• Treat Delivery journey as a real write operation, not a preview.
