Data and Privacy
Time in Status uses Jira history to calculate your reports. Here is how your data is handled.
Data storage
Section titled “Data storage”Workflow data and saved configurations stay in Jira and Atlassian-hosted app storage. The app does not use an external backend. Your last-used report inputs are stored in your browser; they do not sync across devices and may disappear when browser storage is cleared.
Jira permissions
Section titled “Jira permissions”Reports use the viewer’s Jira permissions. Sharing a saved configuration does not grant access to additional issues or the owner’s export files. Scheduled reports use the owner’s current Jira permissions.
Export files
Section titled “Export files”Background CSV and XLSX files expire after 24 hours. Download a copy before expiry or create a new export. You control the storage, sharing and deletion of files saved to your computer.
