• Product: Excalidraw for Confluence Cloud.
• App version and experience: Forge or legacy Connect. Mention whether you see a separate Open Editor step.
• The exact macro name, such as Excalidraw Diagram or Mermaid UML Diagram.
• Whether the problem occurs while editing, on a published page, or during an export.
• The Confluence page version and browser.
• Clear reproduction steps, expected result, actual result, and visible error.
• A screenshot with enough Confluence context to locate the problem.
• Whether the diagram existed before a Connect-to-Forge upgrade.
